‘Sabai sabai’ - take it easy.
Come drift into island time together. Explore new connections as the days stretch out to a rhythm of movement, rest, and sandy conversation. All spread amongst a tropical island paradise of warm salt air and ocean sunsets. You're invited to join a big, beautiful community of humans for eight days and seven nights, gathering on the shores of Koh Samui with Human.Kind Lead Facilitators Tessa Leon, Triton Tunis-Mitchell, and Adam Whiting.

Take a guided hike to a hidden waterfall, wander through local Buddhist temples steeped in centuries of devotion, get a massage in the day spa, or simply spend an afternoon on the private beach with nothing on the agenda but the sound of the waves. Because on island time, we take it easy.

Your yoga retreat
Seven nights is long enough to fully arrive, feel the sand settle between your toes and the warmth to sink into your bones. Join us to create space for personal exploration, big community connection, deep rest and, of course, play.
Wake each morning to the sound of the ocean and gentle island light streaming into your room. No alarm clocks here, we start slow. Your first gathering is for meditation and movement. The days begin with a long guided yoga class, suited to all levels, and meditation with the sea breeze rustling your hair. Some morning practices will be dynamic and exploratory workshops to expand your practice. Some will be slow and flowy to drop into a rhythm of ease.
A lush brunch overlooking the ocean nourishes and replenishes you to set up the rest of the day. Afternoons are yours. Join a hike or a temple excursion. Prefer to stay closer to home? Float in the infinity pool, stretch out on the beach, or book yourself in for a massage treatment at the onsite spa.
Before dinner, drift into a restorative practice to soften out the day with a gentle combination of yin and yoga nidra. As the sun dips low, gather with the whole group for a shared dinner. Swap stories, form new friendships, and deepen your sense of community with every day that passes.
This will be the only international retreat for 2027, so we’re inviting a big group to join us. For those wanting to explore further, you can easily organise additional activities like local night market visits from the retreat centre once you’re there.
Of course, the whole schedule is optional — come as you are, and take what you need, day by day, hour by hour, no pressure, no timelines.
Location
Nestled along Koh Samui's dramatic coastline, our retreat venue hugs the edge of the Gulf of Thailand - think towering palms, rainforest-fringed cliffs, and endless turquoise views. This is a space built for connecting to nature and each other. Open-air yoga shalas catch the sea breeze, a sparkling infinity pool overlooks the ocean, and a private beach sits just steps from your room.
Meals, downtime and conversation all happen with a view — whether you're perched at the cafe overlooking the water or floating in the pool between classes. Every corner of this place is designed to help you unplug from the noise of home and reconnect to something softer, saltier, and a little more spacious.
Food
Each day of your stay includes two meals, an abundant brunch and dinner, all prepared fresh using as many locally produced and organic ingredients as possible, sourced from Samui’s local and organic farmers. Think vibrant salads, plant-forward mains, and the occasional treat, all designed to fuel your practice and leave you feeling revitalised, not restricted. Meals are enjoyed together in the open-air cafe where you can watch the light play on water. Craving something extra between meals? The onsite health cafe is open daily, offering smoothies, coffee and healthy bites available to purchase anytime you like.
