200hr Yoga Teacher Training
2027 training dates will launch in August.
“Each facilitator brought a unique lens to the course and a depth of knowledge and wisdom that I don’t think you would get anywhere else. It is so clear that the facilitators deeply cared about the cohorts experience and learning, and put so much in. I also really appreciated the emphasis on accessibility, inclusivity and diversity within the yoga space and the time spent acknowledging things that are confronting but important.”
This movement begins with you.
When you embrace change, learn to understand yourself, connect to your deepest aspirations, you can make a positive impact.
Then we can collectively shape the world we want to see. Our 200hr Teacher Training creates highly educated and empowered humans. It gives you tools from ancient and modern practices that move people’s bodies, minds and hearts.
Led by a team of expert facilitators, you’ll gain:
Highly detailed anatomical knowledge
Confidence to teach vinyasa flow with safety and integrity
Understanding of yoga’s history, philosophy and literature
Clarity in the science of movement and mindfulness
Powerful class theming and sequencing skills
Classical yogic teachings on pranayama and mantra
Self-awareness to help you craft your life on purpose
Ongoing support post-training to keep growing and developing
Your in-person training hours will be supplemented with online non-contact hours to reinforce and expand the learning. The small, online portions of the training will help lay the foundations of knowledge before the modules together, so that we can expand and solidify the learnings through vibrant discussions. All hours are in alignment with Yoga Alliance guidelines.
