Become present. Designed to help you develop and sustain inner awareness. This class incorporates guided concentration and mindfulness based meditations to cultivate focus, strengthen self-reflection, and support emotional regulation. Expect a blend of yoga inspired practices alongside secular mindfulness techniques, blending traditional wisdom with contemplative science. Relax reactivity patterns while gaining tools to support stress management and anxiety. Hour long sessions will intersperse periods of guided meditation with deeper education, discussion, and time for reflection. Leave feeling present and aware.


Who: Open to everybody. Gentle, and trauma-informed. Props offered to support your posture sitting or laying down.
