Focused on functional lifting patterns, it complements your mat-based practice by enhancing bone density, metabolic health, and cardiovascular fitness while elevating your long-term energy levels. You’ll use weights, kettlebells, and barbells in programs that target mobility, power, and endurance. Expect group sessions where personal attention and precise technique are paramount. Each workout is tailored to challenge your body while ensuring safe, efficient movement. Intro Pass holders and new members get 2 Lift class credits. Members can add-on Lift membership for just $9 a week to access unlimited Lift classes.
