(she/they)

Facilitator

I am driven by a desire to learn, connect, and share.

For as long as I can remember, I have had an insatiable appetite for new experiences and perspectives. It was this innate curiosity, alongside a quiet desperation to slow down my frantic mind, that initially drew me to the yoga mat. After my very first class, I became enthralled by the ability of this practice to weave movement, philosophy, mindfulness, and storytelling so seamlessly together.

To me (speaking as a pretty Big Feelings person), yoga is a landing ground to become more intimate with our shared humanness – in all its beauty, mess, and contradiction. Movement in the body as the gateway to presence, and integrity as the pathway to care.

I completed both vinyasa and yin training with the wonderfully talented crew at Human.Kind in 2022. As a facilitator, my strong classes encourage challenge through experimentation and playfulness, rather than perfection. As for Restore, I aim to facilitate a space in which softness is nurtured, rest is revered, and urgency feels safe enough to melt away.

I'm a passionate human with a deep affinity for the natural world and strong love of learning – soon to complete a degree in environmental policy & management. I hold the firm belief that we all have so much to learn from one another, so will never shy away from the opportunity to connect with new people or engage in a (friendly!) debate.

I acknowledge that I am living and working on unceded Kaurna land.
