Project 21 - September 2021. The Food Embassy Inc. is committed to energising communities to take action on climate change through building more localised food systems. The Ripple Effect funds were used to adapt their Food Matters curriculum to better suit young people aged 16-30, building awareness that the food system contributes up to 30% of greenhouse gas emissions.
