Livestream Studio

We livestream all of our classes from our City studio. That’s more than 40 classes every week in our Strong Flow, Dynamic Flow, Pilates, Slow Flow, Restore, Recover, Rest, Meditate and Breathe. Plus loads of our educational events, workshops, and community discussions are broadcast live too. Classes are easily accessed through our app.

When you practice live with us it’s heartening to feel that you are practicing with other humans, even if separated by oceans or timezones. We’ve had people join from across Australia, Iceland, Lebanon, and even someone who worked on a research station in Antarctica.

If you choose to have your camera on, our facilitators can speak directly to your practice. Offering all our classes on livestream option is important to us. To keep it real. To keep it connected.

We also offer access to an on-demand library to allow you to take classes in your time and at your pace. Simply log in and find a class you want to try and follow along in your own space. The on-demand offering allows you to find ways to fit movement into your life, whatever time or for however long.
